Purchasing Procedures

All offers are considered on a first come, first serve basis. No offer will be considered and no property will be removed from the market until we have received the required Earnest Money Deposit from the Buyer.

You can take your time to evaluate the properties
Working with us give you the ability to take your time in evaluating your investment opportunities. You have time to do all of your own due diligence at your own pace. We provide Private Money financing
We have arranged Private & Hard Money financing for all of our properties with a few of our associated, local and out of state private/hard money lenders. Our financing is immediate and does not limit any borrower to a maximum number of loans. We also allow buyers to utilize Conventional Loans for acquisition of our inventory. Our inventory changes daily
We attend all auctions in all counties in the Portland Metro Area five days a week and our inventory may change hourly. Please be sure to check the site frequently, or Create an Account.
